Vishay made several acquisitions during 2002. These included Sensortronics, Inc., Tedea-Huntleigh BV, Thermo BLH, Thermo Nobel, and Celtron. Vishay has reorganized Vishay Measurements Group into two new operating divisions: Vishay Micro-Measurements and Vishay Transducers. The Vishay Transducers division integrates the operations of Vishay Sensortronics, Vishay Tedea-Huntleigh, Vishay BLH, Vishay Nobel, and Celtron. The principal products of this division are load cells, instruments, and weighing systems.
