European Passive Components Conference to Include Presentations by Vishay

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA — October 24, 2003 — The 17th annual European Passive Components Conference (CARTS-EUROPE 2003) will include several symposium papers presented by scientists and engineers from Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH). CARTS-EUROPE is sponsored by Electronic Components Institute Internationale (ECII) Ltd., in cooperation with the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS) and Federation of the Electronics Industry (FEI).
